Creating a routing plan to announce calls recorded.
Record the message that you need to play (ie “All calls are recorded for quality and training purposes, please hold the line and we will connect you as soon as possible”). This needs to be in mp3 format. Upload this to the system by going to Apps | Callflows | Play Media | Add and then upload the file and save
Once the recording is on the system go to Callflows and select Callflows
Select the MainCallflow from the left hand side and delete the call flow set up in there if there is one.
From the right hand side select Actions Basic and select Play Media and drag and drop the box to the main call flow blue box.
and select the recording you uploaded from the step above and save
Then select the other actions the call flow should follow. In our example we have a time of day routing applied followed by all the calls going to all extensions. Once done click save changes and test the new callflow
